Bike dead at the office? Get it home without losing your evening
Tech park gates, visitor passes and the evening rush, and how to arrange the pickup.
What to do right now
- 1
Run the basic checks. Check the kill switch, the side-stand switch and the fuel. Dim lights and a slow click point to a weak battery.
- 2
Tell the parking security that a tow is coming. Many campuses want the vehicle number, the driver's name and an approximate time before the gate will open.
- 3
Ask facilities about a gate pass. Some companies need a pass for any outside vehicle that enters the premises.
- 4
Move the bike near the exit if it rolls. The crew then does not have to work between rows of parked vehicles.
- 5
Keep your ID and a copy of the RC handy. Some security teams check them at the exit.
- 6
Decide where the bike is going. Your garage, a service centre or home. Have the address ready for the call.
How we help

A bike that will not start in an office or tech park parking lot is a different problem from one that dies on the road. You are indoors, probably tired and probably on a clock. Company parking also comes with rules: visitor passes, security checks and sometimes a restriction on outside vehicles.
This page covers what to do and how to arrange the pickup without getting stuck at the gate.
Share the campus name, the gate number and the parking level when you call. We tell you whether the truck can enter or whether the crew will bring the bike to the gate, and we give you an honest wait time. Peak hours matter: between about 5 pm and 8 pm, the roads around the Hosur Road, Silk Board and Outer Ring Road tech parks move slowly, which affects our arrival.
If you work late, a night pickup is straightforward. We are open 24 hours a day, every day, including public holidays. Roads are lighter after nine, though some campuses lock the visitor gate, so send us the security desk number.
Once the bike is loaded, we take it to the garage you choose or to your home. If you would like to travel with the truck, ask on the call and we will tell you what is possible.
Once loaded, the bike goes by our bike towing service to your garage or home, and a scooter by scooty and EV towing. If you suspect a flat battery, ask about roadside assistance for a jump-start before you book a tow.
What to tell us when you call
- The campus or building name, and the gate number
- The parking level, or whether it is an open lot
- The security desk phone number, if you have it
- Make and model, and what the bike did
- Where you want it taken
What not to do
- Do not wait until the parking closes. Some basements shut their gates at night and need a manager to reopen them.
- Do not jump-start from a car. A car battery can damage a bike's electronics. Use a proper jump pack, or tow it.
- Do not leave the bike in a reserved bay overnight without telling security. It may be tagged or moved.
Frequently asked questions
Will the office security let your truck in?
Usually, once they have the vehicle number and your name. Tell security in advance, and ask for a pass from facilities early if your campus needs one.
Can you collect my bike after office hours?
Yes, we work every hour of the day. If the visitor gate closes, send us the security desk number so the crew can be let in.
My tech park is off Hosur Road. Is that within your area?
Silk Board, Bommanahalli, HSR Layout and the Hosur Road stretch are inside our range. Give us the campus name when you call and we will confirm the time.
Do I have to stay with the bike until the truck arrives?
That is worth agreeing on the call. Some riders ask security to hand the bike over to our crew. We confirm what works for your campus and call you to check the destination.
