What affects the towing price
- Distance. The starting price covers the first 5 km for a two-wheeler and the first 10 km for a car. After that, each extra km costs ₹40–50 for a two-wheeler and ₹60–80 for a car.
- Night hours. At night (10 pm – 6 am) we add ₹200 for a two-wheeler and ₹500 for a car.
- Basement or difficult pickup. If the crew has to bring the vehicle out of a basement, a narrow lane or another awkward spot by hand, we add ₹200.
- Accident damage. A vehicle with a locked wheel, bent forks or a leak takes more care to load. Tell us about the damage when you call, so that the price we agree already covers it.
- Vehicle type. A bike or scooty starts from ₹899, an electric scooter from ₹999, a superbike or cruiser from ₹1,199 and a car from ₹1,999. Heavier vehicles need more straps and more time to load.

Roadside help for bikes and scooties is a ₹349 visit charge, plus parts or fuel at actual cost. It covers puncture repair, battery jump-start and fuel delivery.
Do you charge if I cancel?
There is no charge if you cancel before the truck leaves. If the truck has already reached you, a ₹200 visit charge applies.

Why is car towing more expensive than bike towing?
A car is much heavier than a bike. It is carried on a flatbed truck and strapped down at the wheels, which takes more time and care. The car starting price of ₹1,999 also covers more distance: the first 10 km instead of 5 km.
