Who this is for
Most breakdowns do not wait for office hours. This service exists for riders who cannot carry on safely and need the vehicle moved now, not tomorrow morning when the garage opens.
- Night-shift workers and delivery riders whose bike gives up after a late finish.
- Riders stopped on fast roads such as the Outer Ring Road or Hosur Road, where waiting is risky.
- Families whose scooty will not start on a public holiday, when most garages are shut.
- Riders whose bike cannot be ridden after a minor fall. If anyone is hurt, call emergency services first.
- Anyone who would rather not push a heavy bike through traffic in the dark.
How we tow your bike at night

We tow motorcycles, commuter bikes, scooters, electric scooters and heavier machines. A night call is handled the same way as a daytime one: a few quick questions first, then a careful pickup.
Darkness changes how we work. We ask for a landmark that is lit, such as a petrol pump, a shop or a metro pillar, and we try to load the bike where the crew can see what they are doing. If your spot is unsafe, we will suggest a better place to wait.
- Questions on the call
- The make and model, whether the bike is in gear, whether the wheels turn, any fuel leak, and exactly where you are. These decide how we load it.
- Securing the bike
- Wheels are held steady and straps go on solid frame points, not on levers, mirrors or plastic panels. The side stand is folded away before moving.
- Delivery
- We take the bike to the garage, service centre or home you choose. Please check it with us at the drop point before we leave.
Motorcycle towing for every type of bike
Commuter bikes such as a Splendor, Pulsar or Apache are light and quick to load. A Royal Enfield is heavier and sits low, so the crew takes more care lifting it and straps it at the frame rather than the crash guard. A KTM or another sports bike has sharp fairings and a low exhaust, which we keep clear of the straps. Superbikes and cruisers are the heaviest of all, and we plan the loading for them before the truck leaves.
On the flatbed, every motorbike stands upright with its wheels held steady and is tied down with ratchet straps on solid frame points, never on mirrors, levers or plastic panels. The side stand is folded away and the straps are checked again before the truck moves off.
How it works
- 1
Call or WhatsApp
Tell us where you are, what happened and what bike it is. A shared WhatsApp location pin is the quickest way to be found at night.
- 2
We confirm the plan
We agree the drop-off point, tell you the likely wait and confirm the price, all before the truck leaves.
- 3
Truck arrives
The crew loads and secures the bike, then delivers it to the place you named.
Towing at night: good to know
Roads are usually quieter late at night, which can help us reach you. Visibility is lower, though, and fast vehicles are harder to judge, so the safest thing you can do is stay out of the carriageway while you wait.
We do not promise a fixed arrival time, and nobody honest can. Distance, traffic and where our truck happens to be when you call all play a part. What we can do is give you a realistic estimate on the phone and tell you quickly if something changes.
If you are alone on an empty stretch, stand near a lit shop, petrol pump or building entrance rather than beside the bike. Keep your phone charged, and if the battery is low, send us your WhatsApp location first and talk afterwards.
Safety tips while you wait
- 1Switch on the hazard lights and, if you can do so safely, move the bike off the carriageway.
- 2Stand well away from moving traffic, ideally behind a barrier or on a footpath.
- 3Turn off the ignition and remove the key if the bike has been in a fall.
- 4Send a WhatsApp location pin and keep your phone charged.
- 5Note a landmark such as a shop name or a metro pillar number to read out on the call.
- 6Take clear photos of any damage before we load, for your own records.

Frequently asked questions
Are you really available on public holidays and festivals?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. On very busy days, such as major festivals, roads are slower and waits can be longer, and we will say so honestly on the call.
What if my bike is outside the areas you list?
Call anyway. If your location is not on the list, we will tell you plainly whether we can reach you sensibly, instead of making a promise we cannot keep.
Which details help you reach me faster at night?
A WhatsApp location pin, the direction you were riding, a lit landmark nearby and the make of the bike. With those four, we can usually plan the route before we even leave.
Is it safe to call a tow truck when I am alone on a dark road?
Stay near a lit place, keep your phone charged and avoid standing beside the carriageway. Share your location with a friend or family member too. If you feel unsafe for any reason, call emergency services.
