The terms

Who these terms are between: These terms apply when you use this website or ask RS Towing Service (5, RBI Layout Main Rd, RBI Layout, JP Nagar 7th Phase, J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560078) for help with a bike, scooty, electric scooter or car. By using the website or requesting our service, you agree to them. What we do: We tow and recover vehicles: two-wheeler towing, car towing, scooter towing, electric scooter towing, accident bike towing, superbike towing. We also offer puncture repair, battery jump-start, fuel delivery, for bikes and scooties, where it is possible at the roadside. We work across South Bangalore from our base on JP Nagar 7th Phase. We tow cars as well as two wheelers. We do not tow trucks, buses or other heavy vehicles. Call us to find out whether we can reach your location.
Opening hours: Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays. We answer calls and messages at all those hours. A truck may already be on another job, so we cannot guarantee that one is free at every moment.
Arrival times: Any time we give you, on this website or on the phone, is an estimate. Traffic, rain, road closures and where our truck is when you call all affect it. It is not a guarantee.
Prices and payment: Our starting prices are listed on the towing price list. The final price depends on the distance, the time of day and the vehicle. We confirm the price on the call, before the truck leaves. Nothing is added after the price is agreed. You can pay by UPI and cash.
Cancellation and waiting time: There is no charge if you cancel before the truck leaves. If the truck has already reached you, a ₹200 visit charge applies.
Booking a job: Sending the call-back form or a WhatsApp message is a request for help, not a confirmed booking. A job is confirmed when we confirm it to you by phone or WhatsApp, with the pickup point and the destination.
What we ask of you: Give us accurate information about where the vehicle is and what is wrong with it, including a locked wheel, a low basement ceiling, a gate or a damaged part. Be the owner of the vehicle, or have the owner's permission to have it moved. Wait in a safe place away from traffic. Tell us about any existing damage before loading, and take your own photos if you wish. We recommend removing valuables and loose items from the vehicle.
Care of your vehicle and claims: We secure and handle vehicles with care. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
Emergencies: We are a towing service, not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt, or there is a fire or a fuel leak, call the emergency services first.
Using this website: The pages on this website, including the guides on what to do in a particular situation, are general information. They are not professional mechanical, legal, insurance or medical advice, and your situation may be different. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap lead to services we do not control. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Call-back form and location: The form and the location button are optional. A phone or laptop may report an approximate position that is wrong by some distance. Please check your location, and correct your area, before you send it. We may call you to confirm where you are.
